UniReal is now offering Systems Built Homes that can save you up to $15/sq. ft. on the cost of your new home. These homes are built in factory environment-controlled conditions and delivered to your site. They arrive 85% complete and UniReal will completely finish the home. There are many plans to choose from and the major benefit is that the homes typically take l/3 less time to complete than site-built custom homes.
